Three Year Old Kindy is situated in the beautiful tropics, children are encouraged to take part in outdoor play in our garden areas as well as indoor play developing motor skills and social interaction.

The Kindy Philosophy
At The Three Year Old Kindy the Management Committee and staff aim to provide a safe, secure, warm and friendly environment, for families who are seeking a quality nurturing and learning program for their child/children.
The Three Year old Kindy program promotes an inclusive environment encompassing, gender equality, individual and family needs, cultural identity and developmental needs at all levels.
We offer a play based program aimed to stimulate and develop each child’s development, learning and independence in preparation for the child/ren to move forward onto preschool, transition and life-long learning. We acknowledge children learn about themselves and others through play and positive interactions.
The Kindy provides a stimulating natural environment that offers opportunities for the children to extend their knowledge and understanding about nature and caring for our environment and the creatures who inhabit our gardens. We encourage recycling, with the Kindy using a various range of recycled items for the children to use in their play and crafts.
Our Program provides an emergent curriculum aimed at the interests and knowledge of the children where educators can build on these areas to stimulate the whole child in all areas of their development.
To achieve these aims the Kindy provides an inviting and challenging environment with a mix of natural and man-made equipment, where structured and unstructured inside and outside play experiences are offered to the children encouraging them to move forward at their own pace and skill level. Management Committee and the Educators at Three Year Old Kindy Our atmosphere is both welcoming, respecting and supportive of families within the community, with parents being encouraged to come and participate in their child’s Kindy experience sharing information, ideas and skills with the educators. We aim to build on the teaching of families and assist the children to take small steps towards independence.
Acknowledgment and respect of cultural and family diversity underpins the philosophy of the Kindy and as such the aims of the Kindy are best achieved with consistent positive interaction between educators, parents, children and the community.
The Management Committee and staff at the Three Year Old Kindy will strive towards continual improvement of the program to ensure your child receives the highest quality care and learning during their time at the Kindy.
