Machin's Sawmill has operated in the Manning Valley since 1914, when the first mill opened at Killabakh. Four generations of the Machin family have been involved in the business, which has operated at the current Wingham site since 1954. Today, we employ 18 staff.
Machin's Sawmill is committed to sustainable forestry practices in accordance with current forestry standards. We supply quality local hardwood from a renewable resource.
The mill produces decking, flooring, structural timber, fencing, firewood and dressed timber for sale to the general public, builders and merchants.
We are proud to be an accredited member of the Australian Timber Flooring Association.
