At Gelato Messina our job is to make people happy. Yes we make amazing gelato with the very best, real ingredients. And yes our gelato cakes are weird and wonderful, but it’s all in the name of putting a smile on someone’s face.
We’re passionate (verging on obsessive) about the creative process. Whether it’s coming up with new flavours or a music playlist for the stores, we throw ourselves into it because that’s what we love.
We make real gelato with real ingredients. Made fresh on the premises daily, offering over 40 flavours, gelato cakes and weekly specials.
Since opening in Darlinghurst in 2002 we’ve had one clear goal: to set the benchmark for gelato in Australia. To do that, we do not compromise on quality and our product is made fresh on the premises daily, offering a diverse range of over 40 flavours at any one time and a select number of bespoke gelato cakes and single serve pieces. We’ve now opened a Dessert Bar next to our Darlinghurst store, which is a concept we worked on for a very long time.
