Once you have placed your online order with us, at the checkout page you can choose to pay straight away via PayPal,Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer OR wait until the job has been completed, either way a trained security technician will contact you to check your order, to ensure the products you have chosen will suit your requirements. If your not sure how many devices you'll need, our technician vehicles are fully stocked, this means devices (Detectors,Cameras, Keypads etc.) can still be added or subtracted from your order on the day of installation (We simply adjust the final invoice after the job is complete). For Purchases over $2000 a 30% deposit is required when the job is booked.

All of the staff within our organisation are Highly Trained Professionals. As per the Queensland Security Providers Act, all staff have been fingerprinted by the Queensland Police Service and undergo regular criminal police checks. All staff carry their licence(s) at all times, and will freely present it to any client that requests it. Our Security Technicians in addition, carry an Open Cablers Licence with endorsements for Coaxial, Structured & Fibre Optic, also a Restriced Electrical Licence for Equipment Test & Tagging.
